Howdy! Happy Holiday's 2005

Well it's my favorite part of Christmas sending out cards with your trips photo's enclosed. As usual if I've made a mistake and you got the wrong photo join the 22-year club, I've always messed up one or two!

Late summer and fall fishing wasn't as good as usual but that's fishin'! I blamed it on the extremely warm summer. As we finished up the bait and fish had started to move back to our end of the lake. The lake trout fishing is as good as it gets, and hopefully Santa will help our rainbows and salmon. We are getting an extra 40,000 rainbows above the falls at Salmon Creek & Fall Creek. This generally increases our rainbows by 10 - 15%.

Steelhead fishing was again sensational! The Green brothers, Lenny, Matt, John and Kenny hooked around 50 steelhead in one day. John Warren had great fishing and got a couple of monsters one named Houdini. Mike Martini had a sensational day as did Josh & Jeff Fravala of Florida! We will again be steelheading in Late March & April before we start back on the lake in May.
